A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT.
FULL REFUNDS WITHIN 24 HOUR CANCELLATION OTHERWISE ALL RENTAL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. RENTAL FEES MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT DATE OR A DIFFERENT PERSON WITHIN 24 HOUR CANCELLATION.
A RELEASE OF LIABILITY IS REQUIRED, WAIVER OF CLAIMS ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
